Integrate Climate was founded by entrepreneurs and project developers with decades of experience building ventures, raising capital, and delivering nature-based solutions across Southeast Asia. Having seen first-hand how fragmented and friction-filled today’s climate markets can be — investors unable to find credible pipelines, developers navigating complex technical, social, and financial hurdles, and buyers facing shifting expectations — we set out to build a partner that understands both sides.
Our story is about improving integration: making climate markets work better with finance, and helping project developers fit more effectively into those markets. We combine deep ground experience in project origination and community engagement with a sharp understanding of investability, credibility, and global benchmarks such as ICVCM, Verra, and Article 6. By aligning capital, projects, and policy pathways, we aim to reduce friction, unlock investment, and deliver projects that can scale with integrity, resilience, and real impact for people and nature.

Gabe Eickhoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and project developer with over two decades of international experience in nature-based solutions and carbon market community. He has founded, scaled, and exited multiple ventures — including Forest Carbon, Lestari Capital, and ClearWind — while leading high-value fundraising and investor negotiations across Southeast Asia and globally. With deep roots in project development and community engagement, Gabe has a proven track record of bringing complex initiatives from concept to investment, bridging the gap between local realities and international finance.
Recognized as an expert in project design and architecture, Gabe works at the intersection of the voluntary carbon market and emerging compliance systems to build integration between project, jurisdictional, and national levels. His work is anchored in frameworks such as Verra and ICVCM — where he has served on multiple technical working groups — ensuring projects meet the highest global benchmarks and are positioned for integration into Article 6. Partnering with investors, funds, and developers, Gabe designs and delivers projects that balance commercial viability with environmental and social integrity, helping climate markets evolve into systems capable of scaling with resilience and impact.

Andres Crabbe brings 15 years of leadership across finance, strategy, and sustainability, with a focus on investment readiness and governance for complex projects in Asia-Pacific. Having co-founded and scaled ventures, he combines entrepreneurial drive with transaction expertise. His advisory perspective is built on hands-on project experience, guiding early-stage carbon projects in Southeast Asia through feasibility, financial modelling, structuring, and governance. A trusted partner for developers and investors alike, he works at the nexus of fundraising, governance, and oversight to deliver the capital structures and strategic support required to bring high-integrity projects to market.
